Joy Segers, vocalist, resides in Austin Texas and is currently working on her first LP titled: Melanin Man.

Her interest are human life and arts. Also a lover of anthropology she has traveled to numerous countries such as Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Belize, Nevis, St Thomas, the US Virgin Islands, and has lived in Amsterdam as well as England and Spain. 

In the early 90’s she had her first experience with a benefit for Rwanda, that she organized with Irie World Productions.

She now co-host Cosmica Radio with Nelson Saga, is currently Secretary on the board of KO-OP Radio 91.7fm. She has done radio interviews with such artist as The Last Poets, And Tchiya Amet. Her Goals are to write short stories, sing, travel and design jewelry.

She also helped to organize the Benefit to Elsalvador with the Foundation for Self-Sufficiency in Central America in an effort to assist in the earthquake relief.
